NOTICE OF MEETING
The next Council Meeting will be held on Thursday 3rd September 2026 in Kirkby on Bain Primary school hall starting at 7.00 pm. There will be an open forum for any members of the public who wish to bring an item to the Councils attention. Members of the public may stay for the meeting but are reminded they may not speak during council business.

3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
4. Notes of the council meeting held on Thursday 2nd July 2026 to be approved as minutes and signed by the Chairman.
5. To receive reports from outside bodies
a) County Councillor
b) District Councillor
6. Church Hall – progress and development
a) To apply for Asset of Community Value designation for the Church hall
b) The Parish Council to lead the refurbishment of the Church Hall by volunteer groups
c) The Parish Council to support the village retaking ownership of the Church hall.
7. Emergency plan – Inter council Community Emergency Plan Table Top Exercise 24th September at the Hub, Horncastle, 6pm util 8pm

10. To discuss any Planning appellations, issues and enforcement
