KIRKBY ON BAIN PARISH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF MEETING
The next Council Meeting will be held on Thursday 2nd July 2026 in Kirkby on Bain Primary school hall starting at 7.00 pm. There will be an open forum for any members of the public who wish to bring an item to the Councils attention. Members of the public may stay for the meeting but are reminded they may not speak during council business.

From 7pm – 7:15pm there will be a 15 minute Q & A session on the Kirkby Moor Quarry plans by Mr Steve Clarke introduced by Councillor Phil Brennan.
15 minute public forum for council business, if needed.

3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
4. Notes of the council meeting held on Thursday 14th May to be approved as minutes and signed by the Chairman.

6. Church Hall – progress and development
7. Playground equipment project – Further grant funded purchases
8. Emergency plan – Update from Cllr Armitage, Training, education, reporting and testing arrangements.
9. Branching out fund – Cllr Brennan, tree planting proposal
10. Proposed village fete – Cllr Briscombe
11. To discuss any Planning applications
