NOTICE OF MEETING
The next Council Meeting will be held on Thursday 8th January 2026 in Kirkby on Bain Primary school hall starting at 7.00 pm. There will be an open forum for any members of the public who wish to bring an item to the Councils attention. Members of the public may stay for the meeting but are reminded they may not speak during council business.

Definitive Map Modification Order Application 610- Kirkby on Bain, Tumby, Tattershall Thorpe and Tattershall – Claimed Public Footpath - County Council is investigating an application for a Definitive Map Modification Order (DMMO) to amend the Definitive Map and Statement (the legal record of public rights of way) by adding a public footpath

14. Clerks’ report and correspondence
a) Response received from objection to to how ELDC handled the application for Application 00385/25/FUL, dwelling ,garage and store on land West of Amberwood, LN106YT.
b) Pump has been purchased for the Ebrington Arms and donation has been made to charity by the STP working group
c) Precept forms to be submitted – Band D equation - £54.35
d) Better start Lincolnshire inclusion service – Consultation Live
