NOTICE OF MEETING
The next Council Meeting will be held on Thursday 18th May 2023 in Kirkby on Bain Primary school hall starting at 7.00 pm. There will be an open forum for any members of the public who wish to bring an item to the Councils attention. Members of the public may stay for the meeting but are reminded they may not speak during council business.

1. Election of Chairman - signing of declaration of acceptance of office.
2. Election of Vice Chairman - signing of declaration of acceptance of office.
3. All councillors to sign declarations of acceptance of office following uncontested election, DPI forms to be filled out for the next 4 year term.
4. Apologies for absence and reasons given.
5. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
6. Notes of the council meeting held on Thursday 2nd March 2023 to be approved as minutes and signed by the Chairman.

a. To confirm the council as exempt from a limited assurance review
b. To confirm and approve the Accounting statements contained in the Annual Return
c. To approve the annual governance statement in the annual return
