NOTICE OF MEETING
The next Council Meeting will be held on Thursday 2nd March 2023 in Kirkby on Bain Primary school hall starting at 7.00 pm. There will be an open forum for any members of the public who wish to bring an item to the Councils attention. Members of the public may stay for the meeting but are reminded they may not speak during council business.

1. Chairman’s remarks.
2. Apologies for absence and reasons given.
3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
4. Notes of the council meeting held on Thursday 12th January 2023 to be approved as minutes and signed by the Chairman.
5. To receive reports from outside bodies
a) County Councillor
b) District Councillor
c) Police
6. Councillor reports:
a) Councillor Midgley – Highway issues Speeding in the village , Liaising with Police & LCC, CSW collaborating with Roughton PC
b) Councillors Saunders and Thomas – Flooding, parking and liaising with the environmental agency.
7. Kings Coronation Village Celebrations – 7th May, to include the APM – decision required.
8. To discuss any Planning applications
