NOTICE OF MEETING

The next Council Meeting will be held on Thursday 7th March 2024 in Kirkby on Bain Primary school hall starting at 7.00 pm.  There will be an open forum for any members of the public who wish to bring an item to the Councils attention.  Members of the public may stay for the meeting but are reminded they may not speak during council business.

3. To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.  
4. Notes of the council meeting held on Thursday 4th January 2024 to be approved as minutes and signed by the Chairman.  
5. To receive reports from outside bodies
a) County Councillor

6. Resilience/ emergency plan and flood recovery progress – Councillor Thomas
7. To discuss any Planning applications 
a) Mill House manufacturing – No statutory nuisance found, awaiting planning application 
b) EC/094/00401/23 - Kirkby Lane adjacent to Reddings Wood
c) Ref: S/094/00132/24 - DEANS FARM, KIRKBY LANE, KIRKBY ON BAIN, LN10 6YZ - Planning Permission - Erection of a detached dwelling with detached car port, 3no. detached holiday lodges, excavation of land to form 2no. ponds and provision of associated access and car parking.
d) Ref: S/094/02490/23 - Planning Permission - Two storey extension to existing dwelling to provide additional living accommodation, part of existing dwelling to be demolished. POPLAR FARM, ROUGHTON ROAD, KIRKBY ON BAIN, WOODHALL SPA, LN10 6YL – Full planning has been given.

12. The next meeting is scheduled for: Wednesday 1st May Annual parish meeting and 2nd May for the Annual council meeting both at 7pm in Kirkby On Bain school hall. Are there any items for inclusion on the next agendas…
